The Busywork Is the Leak

Leads sit unrouted. Follow-ups slip. Reminders don't go out. The CRM is three weeks behind. None of it is hard work — it's just work nobody has time for. Our workflow automation services put lead routing, follow-up, reminders, and CRM updates on autopilot — built, hosted, and managed by us.

That number is not a sales line. Nesselle, our AI assistant, answers it — the demo starts when it rings.

01 What We Automate

The Repetitive Work That Eats Your Week

Business process automation for the jobs that follow the same steps every time — which means a machine should be doing them.

Lead Routing

Every new lead — from your website, phone, or ads — qualified, tagged, and delivered to the right person's phone in seconds. No more "who's got this one?"

Follow-Up Sequences

Quotes chased, inquiries nurtured, no-response leads re-engaged — automatically, on schedule, until there's an answer.

Appointment Reminders

Confirmations and reminders by text and email that cut no-shows — and reschedule flows that refill the slot when plans change.

CRM Updates

Contacts created, stages moved, notes logged — your pipeline stays current without anyone doing data entry at 9 PM.

Review Requests

Job closes, review request goes out. Wired into the same engine that runs everything else — or paired with Review Booster.

Internal Notifications

The right person notified the moment something needs attention — new lead, big job, failed payment, unhappy customer — by text, email, or Slack.

02 The Engine

Built on n8n. Your Workflows Are Yours.

We build on n8n, the open-source automation engine — not a proprietary black box that holds your business logic hostage. We design the workflows, host the engine, monitor every run, and fix what breaks. You get the output; we carry the pager.

Open source, no lock-in — your workflows can be exported and handed over. If you ever leave, they leave with you.

We build, host, and manage — infrastructure, monitoring, error handling, and updates are all on us, included in the monthly.

Connects to what you already use — hundreds of integrations out of the box, and direct API builds for everything else.

The underlying tools cost almost nothing — you're paying for workflows that work and someone accountable when they don't.

04 FAQ

What Owners Ask Before Automating

What tools do you integrate with?

Almost anything with an API — CRMs, calendars, phone systems, form builders, spreadsheets, invoicing tools, email and SMS platforms. n8n connects to hundreds of services out of the box, and for anything unusual we build the connection directly against the API. The starting point is always the tools you already use, not new software to learn.

Do I need a CRM for this to work?

No. Plenty of clients start with leads routed to a phone by text and a shared spreadsheet as the system of record. If you have a CRM, we wire into it; if you don't, we build the automation around what you actually use — and it can grow into a CRM later without rebuilding.

What happens if something breaks?

We find out before you do. Managed means monitored: workflows have error handling and failure alerts that come to us, and fixing them is included in your monthly plan — not billed as a support ticket. When a connected app changes its API, we handle the update.

Can I see the workflows you build for me?

Yes. Your workflows are documented and shown to you — you'll know exactly what runs, when, and why. And because everything is built on open-source n8n rather than a proprietary black box, your workflows are yours: if you ever leave, they can be exported and handed over.

How much does a build cost?

One-time builds are quoted between $1,000 and $3,000 depending on complexity — how many systems we're connecting and how much logic the workflow carries. Ongoing hosting, monitoring, and management is $297/month for up to 3 active workflows or $497/month for up to 10. Month-to-month, no contracts.
