Our Services

We build and manage AI systems for businesses — AI voice and chat agents, automations and integrations, websites and hosting, and business growth tools like Review Booster. Specific deliverables, setup fees, and monthly pricing for your engagement are what's stated on your order or proposal, alongside the published pricing on this site.

Billing and Cancellation

  • Month-to-month. Our ongoing services bill monthly. There are no long-term contracts unless you explicitly sign one (for example, a discounted annual prepay).
  • Cancel anytime. You can cancel any monthly service with notice before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing; fees already paid, including one-time setup and build fees, are not refunded.
  • Usage-based charges (such as per-minute overages on voice agents) are billed as stated in your plan.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your business, to use our systems lawfully — including complying with any laws that apply to recorded calls, messaging, and marketing in your jurisdiction — and to review and approve AI agent configurations we build for you before they go live.

Services Provided As-Is

We work hard to keep everything running and monitored, but our services and website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI systems are excellent employees but they are not infallible; we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or any particular business result.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automated AI Assistant LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits or lost business — arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question during the three months before the claim arose.

Intellectual Property

The content on this site belongs to us. Systems we build for you are yours to use as delivered for your business; the underlying tools, templates, and methods we use to build them remain ours.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of New York.
