This policy explains what information Automated AI Assistant LLC ("we," "us") collects when you use automatedaiassistant.com or interact with our services, and what we do with it. We've written it to be readable, not to be impressive.

What We Collect

  • Information you send us. When you submit a contact or demo form, we receive what you enter: your name, business name, phone number, email, and message. We use it to respond to you and follow up about the services you asked about.
  • Call recordings and transcripts. Our phone line is answered by an AI assistant. Calls to and from our AI phone systems may be recorded and transcribed so the system can do its job — logging conversations, routing inquiries, and improving service quality. If you'd rather not be recorded, say so on the call or use the contact form instead.
  • Website analytics. We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, buttons clicked, rough location, device type. This is aggregate usage data, used to make the site better.

What We Do With It

We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver and improve our services, run our own follow-up automations (that's the product, after all), and keep basic business records. That's it.

What We Don't Do

  • We do not sell your personal information. To anyone. Ever.
  • We don't share your information with third parties except the service providers we need to operate — hosting, telephony, analytics, and automation platforms — and only so they can do that work for us.
  • We don't send you marketing you didn't ask for.

Client Systems

When we build and manage AI phone or chat systems for client businesses, the callers' information belongs to that client and is handled under their policies. We act as the service provider that keeps the system running.

Keeping and Protecting Data

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data the way we'd want ours treated.

Your Choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just reach out and we'll take care of it.
